All new clients will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% for full sets of lashes and a $60 deposit for all hair services at the time of scheduling. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of the services. The deposit is nonrefundable and is only good for two reschedules, after the second reschedule, you will need to pay another deposit. No show, no call clients will be asked to pay 50% of the appointment missed before rescheduling the next appointment.
Two days prior to your appointment you will receive a courtesy reminder text with the date and time of your appointment. Simply reply back with a “C” to confirm your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed the day before, our receptionist will call to confirm via phone. Your appointment must be confirmed by the end of the business day or it will be canceled. If this time or date no longer works for you please call into the studio within 24 hours to reschedule.
