A valid card is required to be kept on file when booking an appointment. Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service before booking a future appointment. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Two days prior to your appointment you will receive a courtesy reminder text with the date and time of your appointment. Simply reply back with a “C” to confirm your appointment. If your appointment is not confirmed the day before, our receptionist will call to confirm via phone. Your appointment must be confirmed by the end of the business day or it will be canceled. If this time or date no longer works for you please call into the studio within 24 hours to reschedule.
