Over 30 years ago, J Three Salon began its journey as Making Waves, a small salon that quickly gained an incredibly loyal client base. Through dedication and a commitment to exceptional service, it evolved into what is now known as J Three Salon. This transformation would not have been possible without the guidance and support of three remarkable women, Kim Trammel, Barbara Essig, and Fotine Haubenreiser.

J Three Salon is proud to continue its legacy in 2026 as it enters an exciting new chapter under the ownership of familiar faces, Jamie Hurt and Dana Bussard. After 18 years of dedicated service at J Three, they are honored to carry forward the welcoming atmosphere, exceptional care, and commitment to excellence that clients have come to know and love.

This transition also honors the remarkable legacy of Fotine Haubenreiser, who devoted 21 years to owning and growing J Three Salon. Through her unwavering dedication, hard work, and passion for the industry, she built more than a successful salon—she created a family. Her leadership, influence, and genuine care for both clients and staff have left a lasting impact on J Three Salon and the community it serves.
